My strong proposition for middle age people like us who are stepping into the Junior Veteran Category ( age 39 till 50 ) should exercise more to gain a better health and brain. Most of the people who do not exercise most of the time, when they are 60 or 70, are developing loads of diseases. I would say some 90 % of them. So choose a healthy life style, live happy, do not make yourself a burden in the years to come (this chronic diseases eg. high blood pressure, heart problem, liver problem, lung problem etc ) to your family. Insurance cannot help much, health food help some thing, but exercise create big impact on a resilent body. I know some may say " Don't care lah" , I would like to record on video or voice for what they may say today as to teach others as an example. There are examples in good or bad form, so these are good teaching materials. All the best, mate.
