Activity: Jungle Trekking
Venue: Ah Bak Hill, Batu 9, Cheras
Fees : Free Of Charge (but do not simply fly kite after registering)
Date: Jan 10, 2008 Public Holiday - Awal Muharam
Time of Assembly : 7.00 am (That mean you better wake up 6 am and not 6.30 am)
Venue of Assembly : Petronas Station, Batu 9, Jalan Cheras - Opposite and across the Jalan Cheras of the Phoenix Plaza
Who ? : not for children under 12; Men and Ladies are welcome.
Duration of the trekking: 2 hours up to the waterfall and 2 hours descending from waterfall site
Estimated time of returning to the hill base: 1 pm
What to bring: Trekking shoe or your old sport shoe; Water; Backpack; some snack; clean clothing; Wear long pants or track suit; camera and not too many personal belonging as it may add load to your back pack.
Be prepared to face the challenge, as rain, mud, or insect attack may disturb you along the way.
Leader: Mr Loh Wing Keen, an experienced trekker who have been there zillion times
Participants must be a good followers.
