Taking part in marathon and other jogging competition changes my life. I disciplined myself for constant training every day for half to one hour for a distance of three to 10 km each time. This has help to not only earning my health but winning some achievements in life.
My sinus problem has significantly improved, my stamina was enhanced, my mental attitude is at top form, and believe me, this is the best anti-depressant medicine in the world.
